    MedAllergy is seeking an account manager for the Southeast. This role entails the management of key customer relationships and the optimization of the allergy patient experience as well as allergy revenue for clinic/practice customers and the company. Weekly travel is required and a company car is provided. Ideal candidates have at least two years account management experience in the medical space, a good driving record and excellent personal skills.     Job Description:

    The account manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding business metrics, managing clinic/customer relations and coordinating daily operations of assigned clinics. All Allergy Treatment Coordinators (ATC) in the designated area report to the Area Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for establishing rapport with providers and ensuring MedAllergy operations are productive and efficient. The AM will address any provider concerns including but not limited to customer service, billing inquiries and general questions concerning MedAllergy services.

    Lead all clinic operations which include regularly scheduled visits with clinic staff and providers. Work with the Director of Compliance to design a manual of clinical workflow for each clinic with a defined process for appointments, risky patients, disseminating test results to providers, interface with clinic EMR, and conversions. Use this manual to identify barriers to efficiency and streamline clinical processes.

    Responsible for implementing and meeting the strategic goals and objectives of the company pertaining to assigned clinic productivity and revenue. Use the MedAllergy dashboard application to monitor clinic productivity, ATC conversion management, and area metrics.

    Provides direct management to all ATCs in area and as the first point of contact, addresses patient and or clinic staff issues. Works to solve problems and enhance ATC productivity. Identifies trends indicating inefficient systems or problems and modifies processes to ensure and gaps are identified and optimized.

    Conducts quarterly business reviews with physicians and staff for all clinics under management. Responsible for implementing all action items resulting from business reviews in a timely manner.

    Responsible for ensuring coverage for all clinics, along with direct supervision and oversight of assigned clinics. Manages all PTO requests and approves all timecards.

    Makes final hiring decisions for all ATCs and works with implementation is the primary contact with new customers during the implementation process. Responsible for managing the first 90-day new hire review and yearly reviews with all ATCs.

    Responsible for communicating to providers any policy or process changes in the MedAllergy protocol.

    Attends provider in-services for new clinics and partners with sales and training team to ensure high quality implementations. Directly responsible for developing high quality relationships with physicians and clinical staff of assigned clinics; exerts influence to improve business and clinical outcomes.

    Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
