    Your Role:

    As the Director of Radiation Therapy, you will:

    • Lead a multidisciplinary team, driving operational excellence in our Cancer Center.
    • Work closely with top-tier physicians to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
    • Ensure departmental compliance with all licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
    • Spearhead the quality and safety plan for the Oncology service line.
    • Lead the adoption of advanced medical equipment and technologies.
    • Oversee financial stewardship for the service line, ensuring effective resource management.
    • Act as a crucial liaison, coordinating comprehensive cancer care across departments.

    We Value:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, or related field.
    • A Master’s degree is preferred.
    • A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in Radiation Therapy or related leadership roles.
    • A strong clinical background and comprehensive communication skills.
    • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Excel, and office equipment.
    • A commitment to exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
