What you'll do:

• Be a pivotal player on the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), ensuring every participant's journey is as smooth as the plan we've crafted for their care.

• Stay in sync with our fab drivers and the dynamic IDT crew. Whether it's supplies, a special meal, or a much-needed medication, you ensure it reaches our participants timely.

• Have an eagle eye for detail and an itch for improvement? Great! Help us refine our processes, always striving for that gold standard in participant care.

• Your base camp? The heart of it all – the Center. Here’s where the magic happens, and you'll be in the thick of it!

Requirements:

• Passion and mission orientation for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults

• Experience managing drivers in the past

• CA Driver’s License and automobile insurance

• Knowledge of equipment and vehicle maintenance

• Experience in transportation of frail and elderly adults

• Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law

• Proof of current CPR/BLS certification required or requirement to obtain one within 30 days of being hired
