MedGeo builds and operates career services platforms for leading medical associations who are committed to helping their physician members to find where they belong. We have reimagined the job search experience and modernized provider recruitment with a portfolio of products built around a Zillow-like map based career exploration tool Our mission is to help association partners become the definitive gateway to hiring in their specialty and our team is focused on innovation and true partnerships with the three audiences we serve: Medical Associations, Provider Members and Healthcare Employers.
With this in mind, MedGeo is looking for a savvy and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare organizations and supporting the member professionals utilizing each association career center. Under the direction of an Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them get the most value out of our product portfolio. You’ll also work with physician members to help them use our tools to meet their career goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
Manage and execute the data-intensive customer onboarding process and consult on best practices to ensure success.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of client proposals and performance reports.
Address client requests, concerns or issues promptly and collaborate with account managers and internal teams to find solutions.
Analyze internal data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for lead generation and outreach.
Internally advocate for the employer and healthcare professional encouraging continuous improvement on product and service offerings.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data association with client accounts.
Create processes to audit and rectify inaccurate data to maintain product data integrity.
Represent association career services at national meetings and conferences.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of CRM software, and sales methodologies.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $50k plus commission, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company. We are currently operating on a hybrid basis but this policy can be reevaluated at any time based on the needs of the team and overall business conditions.
