    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING AND ASSISTING OUR CLIENTS BY PROVIDING MEDICARE INFORMATION AND RESOLVING ISSUES WITH THEIR HEALTH PLANS

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • HANDLE CLIENT INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS

    • PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT MEDICARE OPTIONS

    • TROUBLESHOOT AND RESOLVE ISSUES AND CONCERNS

    • DOCUMENT AND UPDATE CLIENT RECORDS BASED ON INTERACTIONS

    • DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A KNOWLEDGE BASE OF MEDICARE SERVICES

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES, OR OTHER RELATED FIELDS

    • ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS

    • ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE AND MULTITASK

    • POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR

    • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
