Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist patients (customers) signing up for a MedPlan Credit loan. CSR will be responsible for answering phones, assisting patients completing their loan applications, assisting patients with the use of the MedPlan software, entering patient ACH and credit card information into computer system and other assigned tasks. CSR will also be responsible for calling patients who have missed payments, encouraging them to keep their account current

MedPlan provides loans so patients can receive the care they need without having to wait for available cash or credit. MedPlan loans are offered through participating healthcare providers.
