    Job Description

    The Role

    We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our recently launched mSource platform to help healthcare organizations save money on purchased services.

    You will have an understanding of all aspects of marketing and marketing channels and have an uncanny ability to tell the world the story of our product. Your core responsibilities include driving growth of our platform through the execution of innovative product marketing strategies. You will also be optimizing our customer’s experience and A/B testing messaging. You should have experience in growth-focused product marketing for enterprise subscription software, plus an exceptional track record of developing and launching products through close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of Marketing activities such as messaging, product launches, content marketing, content support, market intelligence and thought leadership.

    This role is based in Walnut Creek, Ca and reports to the VP, Products. The right candidate may have the ability to work remotely.

    Responsibilities

    Grow the usage of the mSource platform by healthcare organizations throughout the United States

    Develop product-level positioning and marketing messaging to be used by sales and marketing, and the entire company to ensure we are all “singing from the same song sheet” and communicating the right messages to our prospects and customers

    Develop and execute marketing strategies with a goal of driving acquisition, lifting conversions, increasing engagement, and growing revenue

    Drive the creation of product content (e.g. customer case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to our customers

    Identify target customer segments and relevant personas; develop compelling value propositions to meet the needs of each persona; support acquisition and customer marketing campaigns

    Drive the content marketing strategy, working cross-functional to maximize our share of voice and support demand generation goals

    Create awareness of the Medpricer brand throughout healthcare providers

    Enable sales to win! Develop appropriate sales and partner training, launch and messaging materials as needed; Incentivize them to deliver the right message, maximize conversion and value
