MPHQ is the largest private medical waste disposal company in the U.S. and offers, medical waste management, OSHA, HIPPA, and HR compliance training and CE accreditation, HIPAA-compliant document shredding and data destruction services. MPHQ helps to keep the healthcare industry safe and complaint so they can focus on what matters most, there patients.

    What You Will Do:

    • Highly motivated to achieve sales activity and targets.
    • Ability to generate sales by engaging customers via inbound phone calls and e-mail.
    • Customize solutions and programs covering all aspects of our service offerings nationwide.
    • Document and update customer records using Salesforce CRM.
    • Determines customers’ needs/requirements and negotiate an appropriate resolution by right sizing, price adjustments, and/or resolving service quality issues.
    • Utilize ‘Value Based Sales Skills’ to uncover client’s existing service issues and needs, identify and explain contract obligations if any, and provide alternative solutions.

    • Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
    • Self-driven and desire to take advantage of our aggressive service and pricing and achieve sales plan
    • Quick learner and ability to collaborate within a team environment
    • Ability to follow proven processes and directives within a proven system with minimal deviation
    • Timely, accountable, and adaptive
