    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    MedSchoolCoach is seeking someone with experience in test prep or education marketing with a track record of developing partnerships. We welcome candidates who have experience working with college and university administrators and student organizations, and who can demonstrate an innovative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to working with these types of organizations.

    Through educating potential partners on the services that MedSchoolCoach offers, in addition to developing strategic partnerships with a range of institutions across the US, as well as international medical schools, you will be the ultimate MedSchoolCoach ambassador. This role is also responsible for engaging with students, reviewing potential opportunities, working to develop new and innovative partnerships and informing management of key trends in the industry. 

     

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO

    • Develop and maintain a network of schools, student organizations, and national organizations in the US and internationally
    • Strengthen MedSchoolCoach’s reputation among colleges, universities, medical schools, and post-baccalaureate programs in the US and internationally
    • Identify, research, prioritize, and develop new potential school and organization partners
    • Significantly increase the number of students that utilize MedSchoolCoach’s services
    • Present to, interact with and guide students in person, online or through other communication channels (i.e. workshops, webinars, and live Q&A sessions) 
    • Schedule regular outreach exhibitions in the community
    • Increase student leads by delivering presentations to students and partners
    • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities
    • Propose and open new avenues to gain recognition for MedSchoolCoach and its services
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all partnerships are nurtured and effective
    • Identify and implement innovative incentives for institutions and organizations to partner with MedSchoolCoach
    • Determine ways to measure success of outreach campaigns and then analyze data and make adjustments in real time to increase effectiveness

    LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • 2-5 years of client/customer relationship building and business development outreach experience in education (preferably in higher education or with an established prep company)
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, faculty and educational administrators
    • Ability to manage your own time and work independently
    • Experience in higher education, test prep, or admissions is a plus
