    About the Role

    You will assume the role of brand ambassador for MedSchoolCoach, playing a vital role as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding our services and the journey to becoming a physician. Your responsibilities will span across marketing and sales, ensuring that we effectively engage potential clients through our diverse range of marketing channels. As the Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will have ample opportunities for professional growth within the company, with potential avenues leading to advancement in sales, marketing, or both.

    Our ideal candidate must be very comfortable using technology and have a strong attention to detail. You must be able to provide top-quality service to potential prospects who are primarily parents and students.

    In This Role, You'll Get To

    • Manage inbound customer requests (email and phone) promptly and effectively

    • Support customers with knowledge about the medical school journey

    • Acquire and process data as directed by manager

    • Maintain accurate records within CRM Experience and Qualifications

    • Drive MedSchoolCoach's growth through follow up from marketing
      leads and generating qualified sales leads

    • Meet or exceed monthly targets for scheduling appointments

    • Articulate the MedSchoolCoach's value proposition to potential parents and students

    • Test different approaches utilizing text, email, and social media to convey information to prospects

    Looking For People Who Have

    • 4-year degree is preferred and/or equivalent experience
    • Ability to maintain data systems and process information
    • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service is a must (specific experience in Ed-Tech is an added bonus)
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
    • Ability to thrive in pressure or stressful situations
    • Computer savvy and comfortable on phone
    • You pick up new technologies quickly and ideally have experience using Hubspot, Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack
    • You have an interest in technology and supporting students and educators

    • Annual salary of $45,000-$50,000 base plus additional commission $10,000-$20,000 annually based on goals achieved
