    JOB SUMMARY

CareSense works closely with physicians to design a timeline of clinical care, called a “pathway,” that is delivered to patients using text messages, emails, app notifications, portal messages, and phone calls. As a Junior Developer, you will work to assemble time-sensitive information and surveys for patients and define the information distribution schedule over their course of care. This client-facing role lives at the intersection of client communication and technical domains. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to improve patient engagement and outcomes. Self-starters with a proven ability to learn technical concepts, recent or soon-to-be graduates, or career changers are especially encouraged to apply. This role could be a great fit for personable team players with experience in and/or exposure to computer programming who want to leverage their technical knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. There is opportunity for rapid growth based on your skill set and interest and company needs.

    Company Description

Now more than ever before, patients are finding the need to manage their health from the comfort of their home. MedTrak’s mission is to offer guidance to patients outside of the doctor’s office. Our company’s proprietary software, CareSense, allows doctors to create care plans which support patient recovery and wellness at home. Through automated text messages, app notifications, emails, and phone calls, patients are sent educational content, monitored for potential issues, alerted about important events, and surveyed on their health state. Our company has expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic to support telehealth visits and virtual check-ins, which reduce the amount of time patients spend in the doctor’s office. CareSense helps thousands of patients every day, and we’re growing rapidly! MedTrak is dedicated to creating a positive work environment for all of our employees. We provide opportunities for professional growth, through educational enrichment and mentorship, and we support employee well-being, even in a remote workplace, through team-building activities, employee groups, wellness breaks, and social hours. We also offer all of our employees a low-deductible health insurance plan with no probationary period, dental insurance, accident insurance, and a retirement account with up to 3% company match.
