Job Description
We are looking for an iPadOS/iOS Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This iOS app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to replicate our Android SDK and client application(s) building the next generation of iPadOS/iOS platforms using the USB-C architecture and USBDriverKit. You will be working closely with other app development and technical teams. This will be a full-time salary position requiring 100% of your time to be dedicated to MedWand Solutions Inc.
Responsibilities
· Design and development of MedWand’s advanced applications for the iPadOS/iOS platforms.
· Guide MedWand through the Apple MFI (Made for iPod/iPhone/iPad) Program if needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features as needed.
· Work with outside and inside data sources and APIs.
· Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Essential Skills
· 5+ Years of iOS development experience. (both Objective-C and Swift are required)
· Experience with full-cycle mobile app development in iOS.
· Fluency in Objective-C, Swift, Cocoa Touch and C-based library fundamentals.
· Experience using IDEs (AppCode, CodeRunner, Xcode).
· Experience with app development frameworks (AVFoundation, RxSwift, UIKit, XCTest, XCUITest).
· Familiarity with Apple OS frameworks (Core Animation, Core Data, Core Graphics, Core Text).
· Knowledge of UI and UX design principles.
· Have published at least one original iOS app in the Apple store.
· Have experience with the Apple MFI (Made for iPod/iPhone/iPad) Program.
· Experience working with remote data via REST API and JSON.
· Experience working directly with the USB port and USBDriverKit. (Audio/Video/Data)
· Experience working with external cameras and microphones via USB connection to iPadOS/iOS devices.
· Experience working directly with the Bluetooth stack and BLE.
· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
· 3+ Years Experience with WebRTC. (LiveSwitch preferred but not required and training provided)
· Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

This position is full-time, minimum 8 hour workday, direct hire (W-2) with 60-day probationary period.
Remote work from home (Texas - Dallas/Houston/Tyler Region preferred but not required)
