  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Responsible for gathering technical specifications so that the product can be developed

    • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

    • Coordinate architecture effort and assess if the technical implementation meets the requirements input

    • Creating and "continually" prioritizing the product and system requirements

    • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

    • Act as primary intermediary between the Platform Product Manager and the development team throughout a project's life cycle.

    • Defining and balancing features, bugs, technical debt, and coordinating system level features

    • Support teams in achieving their timelines and deliverables

    • Assess if the product built satisfies customers needs

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, including product discovery and requirements gathering, or a combination of education and experience

    • 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst in the life science industry (Pharmaceutical, BioPharmaceutical, Medical Device, Combination, etc.) or a combination of education and experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field

    • BBA preferred

    • Jira, Confluence, Google Suite

    Additional Information

    • Experience managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle

    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

    • Working effectively with cross functional teams

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • ISO 13485 and IEC 62304/14972 Experience a plus
