Job Description
Responsible for gathering technical specifications so that the product can be developed
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Coordinate architecture effort and assess if the technical implementation meets the requirements input
Creating and "continually" prioritizing the product and system requirements
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Act as primary intermediary between the Platform Product Manager and the development team throughout a project's life cycle.
Defining and balancing features, bugs, technical debt, and coordinating system level features
Support teams in achieving their timelines and deliverables
Assess if the product built satisfies customers needs
Qualifications
3+ years of Business Analyst experience, including product discovery and requirements gathering, or a combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in Business Analyst in the life science industry (Pharmaceutical, BioPharmaceutical, Medical Device, Combination, etc.) or a combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
BBA preferred
Jira, Confluence, Google Suite
Additional Information
Experience managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Working effectively with cross functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ISO 13485 and IEC 62304/14972 Experience a plus
