We are looking for a passionate Finance /Accounting Intern who wants to make a big impact while experiencing the excitement of a fast-growing company at the intersection point of online education and healthcare. This is a unique opportunity where youll be working in a small finance and accounting team in which you will report directly to the Controller and assist with important financial work. Goals The goal of the MedBridge internship in finance & accounting is to apply knowledge acquired in the classroom to real-world situations and strive to gain additional skills, knowledge, and experience to help prepare for a successful career in finance and/or accounting. Responsibilities * Help with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes * Bank and credit card reconciliation support

    • Post journal entries * Help with month-end financial reporting * Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating info and trends * Assist with Audit Prep work * Organize both electronic and hard copy files * Ad Hoc Projects as needed Requirements
    • Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, completed or in progress * Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications notably excel, word, and outlook * Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills * Enthusiasm and desire to expand knowledge and skillset * Reliable and dependable attendance * Willingness to work effectively both independently and on a team Our team is a group of motivated individuals who love to innovate our product and increase its reach within the healthcare community.
