    An Employer Partnership Representative is charged with finding employers that are willing to hire MedCerts students or host them for experiential learning opportunities. A successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with prospective employers, identifying new opportunities for experiential learning and/or employment opportunities, and work closely with Career Services to connect students with employers in their assigned region. The Employer Partnership Representative will also collaborate with employers on their needs for future candidates and establish and maintain relationships that positions MedCerts as a preferred partner for their talent pipeline.

    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •    Place 70% of students with an employer partner within 90 days of placement eligibility •    Prepare and present MedCerts partnership proposals to prospective employers  •    Make high number of daily discovery calls to prospective employer partners  •    Participate in trade shows as needed •    Develop growth strategies and plans •    Manage and retain relationships with existing employer partners •    Acquire an in-depth knowledge of MedCerts programs and student qualifications  •    Follow industry trends locally and nationally to anticipate future talent needs •    Draft and review contracts and affiliation agreements •    Report on successes and areas needing improvements

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS •    A self-starter with the ability to work independently •    Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience •    Previous experience in recruitment, business development, or sales •    Experience facilitating presentations via webinar or online environment  •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills  •    Critical thinker and problem-solver  •    High-level communication skills •    Cross-functional collaboration skills  •    Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy •    Experience working to and exceeding targets

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS •    In-depth understanding of clinical settings and hiring qualifications •    Experience with job placement  •    Existing network of HR administrators or hiring managers in clinical settings
