    Job Description

    Medex Supply is a Medical supplies distributor located in Passaic NJ.

    Job Description: To assist the purchasing team in all aspects from PO creation to order delivery.

    Duties & responsibilities:

    • Creating Purchas orders
    • Submitting POs to the appropriate vendor
    • Following through with vendors on payment
    • Following up on Backordered items
    • Tracking shipment issues
    • Assuring timely delivery on orders.

     

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum two years of experience working in a purchasing environment
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; PROFICIENT WITH EXCEL and Word
