Job Description: To assist the purchasing team in all aspects from PO creation to order delivery.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Creating Purchas orders
- Submitting POs to the appropriate vendor
- Following through with vendors on payment
- Following up on Backordered items
- Tracking shipment issues
- Assuring timely delivery on orders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience working in a purchasing environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; PROFICIENT WITH EXCEL and Word
