LOCATION: Irvine, CA

HOURS: Monday - Friday – Call Center business hours/ Over time required

PAY RATE: $14.00 - $19.00/ hr. DOE

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JOB DUTIES:

• Provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers while documenting inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, grievance and appeals, and other inquires.
• Document all customer transactions
• Maintain a quality score of 95% or better

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year experience working in customer service at a high-volume call center
• Strong and consistent employment experience is required
• Experience in Dental assisting is a bonus!
• Bilingual: English / Spanish is a plus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum typing of 40 wpm (test will be administered)
• Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office software’s
• High School Diploma or GED is required
