LOCATION: Irvine, CA

HOURS: Monday - Friday – Call Center business hours / Over time required

PAY RATE: $15.00+ hr. DOE

MEMBER SERVICE REP JOB DUTIES:

• Provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers while documenting inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, grievance and appeals, and other inquires.
• Document all customer transactions
• Maintain a quality score of 95% or better

MEMBER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ mos of experience stable and consistent customer service based experience - food/beverage, retail ok!
• Strong and consistent employment experience is required
• Ability to work remotely from home - equipment will be provided
• Bilingual: English / Spanish is a plus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum typing of 25 wpm (test will be administered)
• High School Diploma or GED is required
