The Ron Sawyer Team is seeking a dependable and creative Real Estate Media & Field Operations Coordinator to support our listing and day-to-day field activities. This role combines real estate photography/videography with hands-on operational support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and being on the move. Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality listing photos and videos for residential properties • Edit photos and videos for marketing use (MLS, social media, website, etc.) • Install and remove yard signs and lockboxes at properties • Conduct property visits and ensure homes are market-ready from a visual standpoint • Pick up and deliver checks, keys, documents, and marketing materials • Retrieve and organize signs, lockboxes, and other field inventory • Run occasional office errands and support team operations as needed Qualifications: • Experience with real estate photography/videography • Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools (Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, etc.) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/marketing standards • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (yard signs, lockboxes, etc.) • Excellent time management and ability to work independently • Dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly DOE
