A $100 million Residential Real Estate Team in Orange County is seeking a Media-Marketing Manager to help expand our business and increase market share through technology, online and offline strategies, and innovation. Our ideal candidate will be expected to “own” this job and “take the reins”. This is a diverse, hands-on role, and you will be expected to be a dedicated team player. We are looking for a difference-maker who wants to play an integral role in growing the business. We are looking for an experienced Media-Marketing Manager with prior experience in a similar role. Key Software Proficiency: • Adobe Suites (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) • GSuites & Google Docs • Canva • Social Media Sites Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive Multi Media Marketing Plan, which includes: • Creating and publishing team and property video content on a weekly basis. • Generating weekly and monthly online and offline marketing materials for properties. • Ensuring the website is regularly updated with New Listings, Open Houses, Sold Listings, Team members etc. • Personalizing weekly e-blasts for Open Houses, New Listings, Community Events, etc. • Overseeing all Social Media platforms and their content. • Handling team requests for advertisements, promotional items, mailers, business cards, banners, signs, etc. • Crafting compelling copy for MLS listings, website, social media, and other key communications to create relevant and action-oriented content. • Assisting in organizing and promoting Team Events across various social media platforms. Qualifications: • Must possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field, with a preference for experience in managing marketing for a Realtor or Real Estate team. • Should be highly self-driven, intelligent, ambitious, and aligned with our team. • Proven track record in developing successful marketing and PR materials. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and energy. • Proactive problem-solving approach, embracing challenges and taking initiative. • Ability to work autonomously when needed, with a commitment to confidentiality, honesty, loyalty, and integrity. Compensation: $68,800 yearly
