About the Digital Ad Operations Specialist position
Media Players is looking for an AdOps specialist to support their media buying team in getting campaigns live for clients and managing their burgeoning ad technology stack. Digital Ad Operations Specialist responsibilities are:
Assist in campaign set-up and execution, including generating and testing ad tags for campaign launches.
Complete quality assurance and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers.
Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking and/or reporting.
Communicate with operators to ensure the proper set-up and deployment of campaigns.
Liaise with the media buying and marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting, optimization and fulfillment of campaign delivery.
Use best practices to manage budget and optimize for performance where necessary.
Provide recommendations and solutions to quickly resolve technical issues.
Identify opportunities to adjust strategy and implement solutions that increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
Troubleshoot tracking, ad tech & customer journey issues to ensure a smooth path to conversion.
Work with our DSP, DMP & CDP partners to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire operation.
Work with clients and their internal teams to develop a mutually beneficial and trust-worthy relationship.
Digital Ad Operations Specialist requirements are:
Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital ad operations or comparable role with transferable skills.
Experience with visual communication principles
Familiarity with content management systems
Familiarity with web design and principals
Outstanding analytical and project management skills
Be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Your verbal and written communication skills should be very strong.
College degree in marketing, communications, digital media or relevant field is desirable
Additional qualification in web design or animation is desirable. High level of online marketing technology literacy a must.
Experience/knowledge of sports marketing or online sports betting industry a big plus, but not a requirement
