Position: Licensed Aesthetician

We are looking for a motivated, caring, and talented licensed aesthetician to join our medical spa team. The right candidate will have a true passion for skincare and cosmetic procedures and demonstrate outstanding communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities:

Performing facial and skincare procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body treatments, cryotherapy, microneedling and other advanced facial treatments. Conduct detailed skin assessments and one-on-one consultations to create customized, results-driven treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide expert education on personalized skincare techniques and post-treatment care, enhancing client confidence and long-term results. Accurately assess clients' skin conditions and recommend the most appropriate, results-driven treatments. Document each client's treatment history, progress, and essential details to support exceptional, tailored care. Maintain cleanliness and sterilizaon of all equipment. Follow all legal and ethical standards related to esthetic procedures and client confidentiality.

Requirements:

1. Current Esthetician license.
2. Experience in medical esthetics
3. Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Must be able to work a flexible schedule
