We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medicaid Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will support our Medicaid department by handling client communications, organizing and reviewing financial documentation, and assisting with the collection and preparation of required materials for Medicaid applications and renewals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism in direct client interactions. Responsibilities: • Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, and in person to request and follow up on required documentation. • Collect, organize, and scan client documents, including bank statements and other financial records. • Review bank statements and other financial information for accuracy and completeness. • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval. • Track client case progress and follow up on outstanding documentation. • Provide administrative support to Medicaid specialists and case managers as needed. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times. • Assist in preparing application packets and supporting materials for submission. Qualifications: • Prior administrative or office support experience required; experience in healthcare, legal, or financial services preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort in working directly with clients. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology (scanners, printers, databases). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Fast learner with a proactive, self-motivated approach. Compensation: $21 hourly
