Position Summary
The Medicaid Eligibility Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining Medicaid eligibility and redetermination processes for residents. This role ensures accurate and timely submission of Medicaid applications and renewals, coordinates closely with residents and families, and stays current with Medicaid program requirements. The position also provides support for the Business Office and assists with the resident move-in **** process, ensuring a seamless transition into the Community.
