We are seeking an experienced Medicare & Medicaid Payroll and Billing Specialist for a growing home care agency.

Responsibilities:

Submit and manage Medicare and Medicaid claims

Resolve denials and payment discrepancies

Process accurate payroll for caregivers and staff

Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid, and labor regulations

Maintain billing and payroll records and reports

Requirements:

Experience with Medicare & Medicaid billing (home care preferred)

Payroll processing experience

Knowledge of EVV systems and healthcare compliance

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
