Qualifications: This position requires all of the following essentials: • Exceptional telephone and verbal skills, always maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and tone. • Excellent written communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. • Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement office protocols and procedures to improve workflow efficiency, foster a team environment, and ensure patient satisfaction. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Flexibility, along with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivation and impeccable attention to detail. • Ability to take directions from your manager and effectively interact and communicate with fellow employees and business partners. • Capacity to handle confidential information. • A primary desire to help others and the ability to interact professionally with people of all ages.
