    As a Lead Course Instructor and Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and continuously improving the curriculum for our online medical assistance training programs. You will work closely with our instructional design team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our courses are engaging, comprehensive, and aligned with industry standards. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of course instructors to deliver high-quality instruction to our students. One Year contract with the possibility of an extension Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: • Lead the development of a comprehensive and up-to-date curriculum for medical assistance training programs • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials, including text-based content, multimedia resources, and interactive assessments • Ensure that the curriculum aligns with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the field of medical assistance • Continuously review and update course content to reflect the latest advancements and trends in the medical industry • Develop clear learning objectives and outcomes for each course/module Instructional Leadership: • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of course instructors, ensuring they maintain high-quality teaching standards • Conduct regular training and professional development sessions for course instructors to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge • Collaborate with instructors to evaluate and improve teaching methods and techniques • Foster a positive and collaborative teaching environment Quality Assurance: • Implement quality assurance processes to assess the effectiveness of course content and instruction • Gather and analyze feedback from students, instructors, and stakeholders to make data-driven improvements to courses • Ensure courses are accessible and inclusive to a diverse range of learners • Monitor student progress and success rates to identify areas for improvement Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, education, instructional design) • Proven experience in curriculum development for medical assistance or related healthcare training programs • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and industry regulations • Experience in online education and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Dedication to staying current with developments in the medical field • Certification or licensure in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Medical Assistant, EMT, Nursing) • Experience with online course delivery and e-learning platforms • Prior experience as a course instructor or mentor • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models Compensation: $65,000 yearly + health benefits
