About the Role:

Aesthetic and Reconstructive Therapy in Austin, TX is looking for a talented and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials

Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients

Administer laser treatments, microneedling, and other advanced skincare procedures

Educate patients on proper skincare regimens, post-treatment care, and product recommendations

Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress

Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance in all treatment areas

Requirements:

Valid Texas Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician license required

Experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting preferred

Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments, laser therapy, and chemical peels

Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and cosmetic dermatology

Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team environment
