🌟 Now Hiring: Dry Eye Treatment Specialist / Aesthetician & Doctor’s Assistant

Location: TSO Champions 5774 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77069

We are a thriving, technology‑driven optometry practice with a growing focus on dry eye management and aesthetics.

Our services include advanced treatments such as IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), RF (Radiofrequency), red light therapy, TearCare, Neurolens measurements, and premium optical care.

We are looking for a warm, detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a Dry Eye / Aesthetician Specialist & Doctor’s Assistant.

You will work closely with Dr. Ayesha Butt and our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences while helping expand our aesthetic and dry eye services.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Perform IPL, RF, red light therapy, lid hygiene treatments, and other in‑office procedures (training provided if needed).

• Assist doctors during exams and treatments (pre‑testing, imaging, Neurolens measurements, patient education).

• Support with dry eye management protocols: meibography, TearCare, lid cleaning, and product education.

• Maintain equipment, treatment rooms, and supply inventory.

• Educate patients on aftercare, home routines, and recommended products.

• Help with occasional front‑office tasks and seamless patient hand‑offs.

• Document treatments accurately in EHR and coordinate follow‑up care.

🌿 Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Aesthetician (preferred) or strong experience in clinical aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa setting.

• Previous experience as an ophthalmic/optometric technician or doctor’s assistant is a plus.

• Interest in both medical and cosmetic aspects of care (dry eye + aesthetics).

• Friendly, professional, and passionate about patient education and technology.

• Willing to be cross‑trained and grow with the practice.
