Responsibilities:

Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient examinations and procedures

Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and chief complaints accurately in EMR/EHR systems

Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply inventory

Administer injections, draw blood, and perform basic diagnostic tests as directed

Schedule patient appointments and manage front and back office workflow

Handle patient communications, including follow-up calls and care instructions

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant diploma or certificate preferred

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification is a plus

Previous experience in a clinical or medical office setting preferred

Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) systems

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a professional attitude
