    Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, professional Medical Technician / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. Medical Assistant certification is not required, although previous medical assisting, patient care, or clinical experience is a plus.

    This position works directly with patients and healthcare providers and may include preparing patients and equipment for testing, assisting with basic clinical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations.

    The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with patients, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional clinical environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical equipment

    Clean and disinfect medical equipment, testing devices, and patient areas after use

    Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

    May include travel between Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding areas.

    Set up, operate, and navigate multiple medical devices and testing systems

    Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic testing

    Accurately navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient charts

    Communicate professionally with clinic staff, healthcare providers, patients, and internal team members

    Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and maintain operational and patient-related information as appropriate

    Assist with scheduling and other administrative or clinical duties as needed

    Travel between assigned clinic locations within the designated service area as needed

    Qualifications

    BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired

    Excellent customer service skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Bilingual Spanish and/or Mandarin Speaker (not required)

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently

    Ability to maintain appropriate patient-facing etiquette and a clean clinical environment

    Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
