Austin Cosmetic Surgery is seeking an exceptional Medical Assistant who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an elevated patient experience. What You'll Do

Room patients and prepare them for consultations and follow-up appointments.

Record medical histories, medications, vital signs, and documentation accurately in the EMR.

Assist physicians during cosmetic and wellness procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.

Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions.

Draw blood, administer injections, and assist with wellness treatments (preferred).

Coordinate patient care with providers and front office staff.

Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.

Help ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from check-in to checkout.

What We're Looking For

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred.

Minimum 3 years of medical assistant experience.

Cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness experience is required.

Strong phlebotomy and injection skills are required.

Experience with ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) is a bonus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, patient-focused demeanor.
