🧠 Medical Assistant - 🏥 Neurology Practice Brain and Spine Center, PLC - Chandler & Casa Grande, AZ ⌚ Full-Time - Monday-Friday - 7:45-4:45 - 1 hour lunch 🍕 💰 Flexible Pay Based on Experience

🤌About Us We are a busy, close-knit Neurology practice with 7 providers who rotate between our Chandler and Casa Grande offices. We are looking to welcome two Medical Assistants who want to grow, learn, and be part of a team that truly has each other's backs. As a medical assistant, you will be assigned to one provider while also working collaboratively with other MA's to keep the clinic running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in a specialty setting where no two days look the same. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FROM OUR CASA GRANDE LOCATION TWICE A WEEK MUST HAVE ATTENDED MA SCHOOL

🩺The Role

Rooming patients for all providers

Taking vitals (including manual blood pressure)

Accurate medication reconciliation

Administering cognitive tests, IM Injections, buccal swabs, and EKG's

Assisting Providers with in-office procedures (Skin Biopsies, Trigger Point Injections, Botox)

Administrative duties (25% of role)

Scanning and faxing documents

Making phone calls/Answering phone calls

Appointment scheduling

🧩 What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program (required)

Able to work from our Casa Grande office up to twice a week (will agree on a set schedule)

Takes initiative and closes the loop - you doA n't let things fall through the cracks.

Reliability with a team-first mindset.

Medical Assistant Experience a Plus
