We’re launching our independent practice in February 2025 and seeking an exceptional dual-role team member for our South Tampa location.
Position Overview We’re seeking a versatile professional who can excel in both clinical medical assisting and front desk client coordination. Clinical/Medical Assistant Duties: ∙ Assist providers with injectables, IV therapy, peptide protocols, and hormone optimization consultations ∙ Perform phlebotomy, vitals, and comprehensive patient intake ∙ Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical protocols ∙ Support providers during procedures and consultations ∙ Maintain detailed patient records and clinical documentation ∙ Educate clients on treatment benefits and aftercare protocols
Front Desk/Client Experience: ∙ Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their ADARE experience ∙ Manage scheduling, confirmations, and calendar optimization using Zenoti practice management system ∙ Conduct membership consultations and close sales on 3-tier membership offerings ∙ Process payments, handle checkout, and manage daily operations ∙ Answer phones with polished communication that reflects ADARE’s luxury positioning ∙ Coordinate seamless patient flow throughout the practice ∙ Maintain front desk organization and ensure lobby meets luxury standards
Sales & Relationship Building (Across All Functions): ∙ Actively promote memberships, treatment packages, and retail products ∙ Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat visits and referrals ∙ Educate clients on personalized wellness plans and treatment options ∙ Drive revenue through consultative, relationship-based sales approach What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: ∙ 3+ years of medical assistant experience, preferably in aesthetic medicine, integrative health, or medical spa setting ∙ Certified Medical Assistant credential ∙ Phlebotomy certification and demonstrated proficiency ∙ Proven track record in sales and client relationship management ∙ Experience with front desk operations, scheduling, or client coordination (preferred)
Required Skills: ∙ Strong clinical skills with exceptional attention to detail ∙ Ability to perform phlebotomy, vitals, and clinical support seamlessly ∙ Proficiency with practice management systems (Zenoti experience a plus) ∙ Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
