We are a busy Otolaryngology/ENT practice in search of a full-time Experienced Medical Assistant in person position; travel will be required between our three offices in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Harbour View area of Suffolk.

Past experience in covering a physician(s) is required. This is a Monday through Friday position. 8am - 5pm. Travel between our three locations is a requirement as needed. Main location will be Harbour View, Suffolk area. No weekends or holidays.

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years working with a physician and patient interactions. As well as:

Experience with In-Office procedures a plus.

Flexibility to work with a busy ENT provider.

Willingness to learn.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our three locations

Certified Medical Assistant

Taking patient vitals, reason for visit medical history and documenting within the EMR system.

Ability to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm without issue.

Verifying patient information, obtaining authorizations, medication refills, physician orders, and chart prep.

Assist with daily department duties, cleaning, restocking, ordering supplies, etc.

Reliable transportation, able to travel between office locations when needed.

Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm, with no issue
