Foot and Ankle Specialists of Illinois (FASI) is hiring an experienced Medical Assistant for a busy podiatry practice. This is a hands-on clinical role supporting physicians and delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Room patients and assist with exams and procedures

Take vitals, medical histories, and document in EMR (Mod Med)

Maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced clinic

Prepare and clean exam rooms

Educate patients on treatment plans

Ensure accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Requirements

1–3+ years of Medical Assistant experience (fast-paced or procedural clinic preferred).

Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting

EMR/EHR experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred: CCMA certification (or equivalent), podiatry/orthopedic experience, bilingual (Spanish), CPR
