Full Time Medical Assistant needed for our growing joint replacement practice in North OKC

Responsibilities:

• * Welcome patients, prepare them for their exams and guide them through their visit
  

  • Chart accurate medical data in Epic
  • Ensure patient is aware of all next steps in their treatment
  • Obtain authorizations
  • Scanning, indexing, completing medical forms, etc.
  • Triage patient calls
  • Cross train with co-workers in addition to other assigned duties

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in a high volume clinic setting
• EPIC experience highly favored
• A professional and friendly demeanor with our patients, team member and our referral sources will guarantee your success
• This growing practice requires initiative, vision and the ability to grow within a team
