    Position Summary

    We are looking for a dependable and energetic Medical Assistant with exceptional phlebotomy skills, particularly with complex blood draws. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about patient care and wellness-focused medicine.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, multitasking in a dynamic environment, and learning about innovative therapies and advanced wellness treatments.

    Responsibilities

    Perform routine and complex blood draws with confidence and accuracy

    Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

    Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information

    Assist providers during patient visits and treatments

    Maintain accurate and timely medical records

    Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness protocols as directed

    Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness standards

    Manage inventory and medical supplies

    Support front office operations when needed

    Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming patient experience

    Learn and assist with holistic and alternative therapies offered in the practice

    Qualifications

    Medical Assistant certification required

    Strong phlebotomy experience required

    Experience with difficult or complex blood draws strongly preferred

    CPR certification preferred

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Interest in holistic, integrative, and alternative medicine

    EMR experience preferred

    Full-time

    Monday through Friday

    Occasional flexibility may be required based on patient schedule
