    Job Title: Medical Assistant

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our medical professionals by providing outstanding patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of medical facilities. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
    - Record patient medical history, vital statistics, and test results in electronic health records with accuracy.
    - Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the sterilization of instruments and inventory management.
    - Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
    - Support front office operations including patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and appointment management.
    - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
    - Assist in the coordination of patient referrals and follow-up appointments as needed.
    - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance professional skills and stay updated with healthcare practices.

    Qualifications:

    - High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified Medical Assistant program is preferred.
    - Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is desirable.
    - Proven experience in a clinical or medical office setting is an asset.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
    - Proficiency in electronic health records and standard medical software applications.
    - Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and adapt to dynamic work environments.
    - Current CPR certification is mandatory.
