Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a top-tier Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, physician-led primary care environment. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who improves provider efficiency, closes care gaps, and elevates the patient experience.

Travel between both clinic locations is required.

What You’ll Do

Drive efficient patient flow (accurate, complete rooming including HPI, medication reconciliation, vitals)

Anticipate physician needs and maintain tight schedule utilization

Preventive and chronic care gaps closures in real time

Perform EKGs, injections, wound care, and specimen prep

Help manage refills, documentation support, and in-basket workflow

Communicate proactively with patients when delays occur

Maintain high standards of infection control and organization

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of strong clinical experience

Proven ability to work independently and increase provider productivity

High attention to detail and strong documentation habits

Comfort with EHR systems (Epic preferred)

Professional, compassionate, and accountable

Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

This is not an entry-level position. We are building a team of medical assistants who think ahead, move efficiently, and take ownership of patient care and clinic performance.
