We are seeking a professional and motivated Medical Assistant who is passionate about aesthetics and patient care.

Job Responsibilities

Assist providers with aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and microneedling and more

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization and organization

Escort patients to treatment rooms and obtain medical history and vitals

Document patient information accurately in the EMR system

Provide post-procedure instructions to patients

Assist with patient flow and clinic efficiency during busy clinic days

Maintain inventory and stock medical supplies as needed

Support front desk when necessary to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant preferred

Prior med spa experience strongly preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and polished appearance

Passion for aesthetics and skincare

Preferred Qualifications

Experience assisting with injectables or lasers

Familiarity with aesthetic skincare products

Experience using EMR systems
