Medical Assistant (MA) – Pain Management | Full-Time

Busy, growing pain management medical practice seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Triage patients and obtain vital signs

Document medical history and update patient charts

Assist physician during patient visits, including medical scribing

Process prior authorizations

Handle patient phone calls and follow-ups

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year experience as a Medical Assistant (required)

Strong computer skills and ability to work quickly within EMR/EHR systems

Knowledge of medical terminology

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Professional, reliable, and a strong team player

Pain management experience is a plus

Requirements:

English proficiency

Medical background

Experience with EMR/EHR systems

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: Negotiable based on experience
