Job Summary PCI Health Training Center is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant Instructor for our Dallas and Richardson campuses. This role is ideal for a passionate healthcare professional who is excited to train, mentor, and prepare students for successful careers in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging instruction in medical assisting, including clinical skills, patient care, medical terminology, and anatomy & physiology

Lead hands-on lab and clinical training while ensuring safety and industry standards

Track student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records

Support student success through coaching, accountability, and professional development

Utilize learning technology and collaborate on curriculum improvements

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 consecutive years of work experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 10 years

Prior teaching or training experience preferred

Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

Passion for working with and developing adult learners
