    Join our compassionate healthcare team! We are seeking a skilled, certified Medical Assistant to support our busy Family Medicine outpatient office, serving patients from newborns to seniors.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide high-quality clinical support to providers, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, administering vaccines, phlebotomy experience and assisting with procedures for all age groups-from infants to elderly adults. Some of the responsibilities include and not limited to: perform in-house laboratory testing, such as rapid Flu and COVID-19 tests, urinalysis, pregnancy tests, strep tests, and other basic lab procedures, ensuring accurate sample collection, adherence to quality control protocols, and timely reporting of results.

    Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and handling other administrative work. Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and families. Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting and balancing clinical responsibilities is a must! Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

    Qualifications:

    Licensed clinical nursing professionals/ Current Medical Assistant Certification

    High school diploma /college graduate / or equilavent

    Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

    Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).

    CPR/BLS certification preferred.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    String knowledge of EMR, Athena is a bonus

    Minimum two years experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care setting, with exposure to pediatric and geriatric populations. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment Excellent patient care and customer service skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Bilingual skills is a bonus
