    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, polished, and warm Medical Assistant who understands the unique expectations of a luxury aesthetic practice. This role involves direct support in surgical and nonsurgical procedures, maintaining impeccable sterile technique, assisting with injections, and building genuine connections with patients. You must also be comfortable with administrative responsibilities and eager to contribute to the overall success and flow of the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist during surgical and nonsurgical procedures

    Prepare rooms and maintain sterile fields with precision

    Support postoperative care and treatments such as LED, PRFM, and injectables

    Educate and guide patients throughout their aesthetic journey

    Handle front desk duties including scheduling, phones, and patient coordination

    Help manage inventory and ensure the office runs efficiently

    Maintain accurate and professional documentation in the EMR

    Represent the practice with grace, discretion, and warmth

    Ideal Candidate:

    Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably in aesthetics or surgery

    Strong knowledge of sterile technique and procedural setup

    Comfortable in a high-end setting and confident interacting with VIP patients

    Polished, professional, and emotionally intelligent

    Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to handle both clinical and administrative tasks

    Organized and detail-driven, with excellent communication skills

    Familiar with EMR systems and patient coordination workflows
