    • Lab & Inventory: * Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens; label and track samples for external labs * Maintain inventory of clinical supplies, restock treatment rooms, and monitor expiration dates
    • Patient Education & Follow-Up: * Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions under provider delegation * Schedule follow-up appointments, send reminders, and assist with referral coordination
    • EMR & Documentation: * Accurately chart all patient interactions, procedure notes, and treatment logs in the electronic medical record * Ensure consent forms and treatment consents are signed and filed
    • Infection Control & Compliance: * Adhere to OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards * Sanitize rooms and equipment between patients, and maintain a clean clinical environment

    Training & Transition Plan

    1. Orientation & Training (4–8 weeks, Temecula): * Shadow providers across functional medicine, IV suite, and aesthetic services * EMR navigation, lab workflows, and patient-education protocols * Hands-on practice with vitals, phlebotomy, and room turnover under supervision
    2. San Marcos Grand Opening: * Assist in setting up clinical rooms, stocking supplies, and validating workflows * Serve as a lead MA, onboarding any additional support staff * Help facilitate smooth patient flow and act as a clinical liaison during launch week
