Walk On Clinic is growing! We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dynamic team in Sarasota, FL. If you’re passionate about patient-centered care and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting, we’d love to meet you.

Job Type: Part-time, 2 Days per week

Responsibilities:

Perform patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs

Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments

Administer medications and vaccinations per provider orders

Perform triage, obtain vitals, and document accurately in the EMR

Educate patients on care plans, medications, and preventive health

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Collaborate closely with providers, and support staff

Qualifications:

Active Florida Medical Assistant certification (required)

Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient clinical setting preferred

Strong patient communication and multitasking skills

EMR proficiency (Elation or similar systems preferred)
