Murrieta Primary Care Clinic Seeks a Bilingual (not required) Medical Assistant to work in our office located in Murrieta , CA Candidate will support the Health Care Provider by taking vitals, assisting in medical examinations and all duties that relates being a Medical Assistant. Also with experience in Chronic Care Management

Responsibilities:

Example duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Prepare patients for consult and assist Doctor with the examination and/or procedure
• Takes patient vital signs and obtains patient intake information; Enter vitals to EMR
• Performs clinical procedures such as blood draws, vaccines, nebulizer treatments, ear lavages, or EKGs.
• Perform laboratory and screening tests performed in a medical office such as visual acuity, audiometric screening, Snellen tests, spirometry tests.
• Effectively communicates with patient to determine their needs and provides education and resources.
• Ensures exam rooms are stocked, cleaned and set up for examinations and procedures as directed by the Doctor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.

• 4 years in a fast past-pace clinical office environment

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical laboratory procedures and healthcare operations and work flow.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Experience in using EMR System

• Experience in Chronic Care Management
