We are hiring an experienced Medical Assistant to join our busy, multi-location medical practice. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to all office locations based on staffing needs. Ideal candidates are dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Room patients and accurately obtain vitals and medical histories

Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures

Administer injections, medications, and treatments per protocol

Prepare and clean exam rooms following infection-control standards

Document patient care accurately in the EMR system

Support daily clinic flow and assist front-office staff as needed

Deliver excellent patient service and maintain professionalism

Travel between multiple practice locations as scheduled

Required Qualifications

1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a medical office

Ability and willingness to travel to all office locations (required)

Strong clinical skills and understanding of patient care workflows

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR)

Preferred Qualifications

CMA or RMA certification (preferred, not required)

Experience in specialty practices (Allergy, ENT, Primary Care, etc.)

eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience a plus

Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
