    About Us We are a boutique, high-touch facial plastic surgery practice located in Columbus Circle, focused exclusively on rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation. Our practice is built around exceptional patient care, attention to detail, professionalism, warmth, and a luxury-level experience from the first phone call through the final postoperative visit.

    We are seeking a versatile, polished, and highly motivated Surgical Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is excited to be involved in all aspects of patient care and practice operations.

    Role Overview This is a dynamic, hands-on position with responsibilities that may include front desk support, medical assisting during clinic days, and operating room support on surgical days. The right candidate is adaptable, proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing many hats while helping deliver an outstanding patient experience.

    Responsibilities On clinic days, responsibilities may include:

    Greeting and checking in patients

    Assisting with patient flow and room turnover

    Taking photographs, obtaining histories, preparing charts, and assisting with consultations and follow-up visits

    Supporting physicians and staff with medical assisting duties

    Answering phones, scheduling, and helping with administrative and front desk tasks as needed

    On operating room days, responsibilities may include:

    Assisting with OR setup and breakdown

    Circulating during procedures

    Preparing instruments, supplies, and rooms for surgery

    Assisting with patient recovery and postoperative care

    Monitoring patient comfort, safety, and flow throughout the surgical day

    Helping ensure the operating room runs efficiently and at the highest standard

    Qualifications

    Prior experience in plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery, ENT, dermatology, aesthetics, or a surgical setting strongly preferred

    Medical assistant, surgical assistant, OR, PACU, or recovery experience is a plus

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a boutique practice setting

    Calm, dependable, and service-oriented under pressure

    Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
